DAMAGED GOODS

All items are carefully checked and packaged before they are dispatched from Copper Fox. However, in the unfortunate and unlikely event that your parcel is damaged during transit then please do contact us immediately by calling 07413520205 or sending an email to Copperfoxiron@outlook.com In order to quickly process a replacement for you, we will require images of the damaged items and packaging.

REFUNDS

If you decide you no longer wish to keep the items you have purchased, then please return them to us within 14 days from the date you placed your order. To ensure you receive your refund, please ensure your items are packaged correctly for transit and ensure the items inside the parcel are in their original packaging and in good condition.
